Herfa Properties is the Group's real estate development arm — and the company with which the Herfa story began, in 2014. We design, build and own premium residential and mixed-use buildings across Greater Accra, with a particular focus on East Legon and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
What sets us apart is not the architecture, though we are proud of it. It is the ownership horizon. We develop to keep. Most of our schemes remain on the Herfa balance sheet long after handover, with the Group office acting as long-term landlord — which means we have every reason to build to a standard the next generation will thank us for.
Stella Place, our group headquarters at 24 Mensah Wood Avenue, is one such building. It has anchored the corner for ten years, and will for many more.
Each Herfa Properties line of work is operated to the same standard, supported by the same back office, and held to the same long-term ownership mandate as every other Herfa company.
